Industrial Fan is a new film from The National Theatre, directed by Richard Coyle, based on the memoir of James Pangbourne, a former head of the National Theatre’s Industrial Fan Division.
It’s a unique look at one of the most influential figures in Australian cinema history, and features interviews with the man himself.
In the film, the author discusses his life, career and career in the arts and film industry.
Industrial Fan will screen at the National in Melbourne from March 14.
In addition to Pangbury, the film features actor David Cross and writer-director Andrew Nel.
